Italy’s masters of epic metal, WOTAN, have released a lyric video for
‘In The Land Of The Nibelungs’, the opening track of their
long-awaited new album “The Song Of The Nibelungs”, out 01/11/2019
through Germany’s Rafchild Records.

At the same time preorders for “The Song Of The Nibelungs” are now
open on Bandcamp, where fans can preorder a digital version of the
album as well as a double CD edition, coming in a lavish digibook. A
double LP edition will also be released and preorders for this version
are expected to be open in the coming weeks. You can find the

“The Song Of The Nibelungs” marks WOTAN‘s return to the forefront of
epic metal after almost a decade of rare liveshows and not much else.
It tells the epic tale of Siegfried and the Ring of the Nibelungs as
introduced in the German epic poem “Nibelungenlied” and consists of 18
songs that last over 100 minutes. There are no intros or interludes,
just pure epic metal on this album, the result of a decade of
songsmithing.
