Maximum Current was a quite good power metal act from Texas that should have been more known if you consider that in this band participated Donny Hart.
Donny was the first singer of Pantera before Terry Glaze and before the release of Metal Magic in 1983 (doing only rehearsals!). Musically Maximum Current has nothing to do with the glam metal of the early 80s.
They deliver melodic power metal of high quality with the voice of Hart being solid and professional. Another band with material that could be reissued.
