From the past comes the storm? Another re release from Cult Metal Classics. This is the debut album of those US metallers, originally appeared on 1988. You will probably know the band from its legendary second album “When Heroes Fall” (note: who will finally make a fucking review on this?). Ok here we have their debut, an album full of metal spirit. Just listen the great tracks “Glory Bound” and “When Cowards Die” and you will understand what I am talking about.
Strength, melody, great metal riffs, melodic solos and great vocals are some of the most typical features of this album. Classic heavy/power metal in US forms that will blow up your mind. Especially the tracks I mentioned before are real classics. Other good moments of the album are the tracks “Blindman’s Run” and “Kings In Hell”, that does not mean that the other tracks are not worth checking but simply the ones I mentioned are my favourite. We can also find two bonus tracks “The Motherlod” in its first version and “Bad City” on a different mix (from the sessions of the first album). Worth checking stuff in a few words, grab it as soon as possible!
